The floor stand adjusts from 44" to 66" high (measurement taken from vertical center of lighted surface).The SunSquare+ has two light settings.The high setting (both switches turned on) provides 10,000 lux @ 27"; 5,000 lux @ 39"; or 2,500 lux @ 57".The low setting (only one switch turned on) provides 10,000 lux @ 17"; 5,000 lux @ 26"; or 2,500 lux @ 39".Full set of bulbs included.
